I looked up Sir Jean-Paul Turcaud on Google and I'm a little disturbed. I'm
not sure how much of his claim to those mines is truth. Wouldn't rule it
out though. But the stuff he's rabbiting on with him being celtic and
controlling the weather (if you've done a search on Google and looked up a
few, you'll know what I mean...) makes me wonder...

Any duty free shop is full of french perfumes bought by discerning

also by English and Australian books such as "A year in Provence".
As Shakepeare decribed France-"the garden of the world"
French cooking is revered around the world -I love it.

The French were despised by the New Zealanders and the Aussies when the
rainbow warrior was sunk and those on board inadvertently killed .
That France formally apologised is in their favour.
The English have mistreated France when it suited them too.
The Americans presume a lot about the rest of the world.It is not France who
takes on the role of the world's policeman.

France often has a different opinion and sticks to that despite pressure
from larger powers.I think that is a good thing.
Conformity is all too easy.
Difference of opinion is a healthy thing provided all sides agree to
re-examine their position ,use reason (intellect AND emotion)
and not dogma.We have seen many examples of dogma in less happy countries.

Wrongs should be redressed ,anger constrained by reason and a positive
outcome achieved if possible.
As you quite rightly say ignoring the truth is a cosmic sin.
Violence of the physical intellectual or emotional kind needs to be
spotted and carefully corrected.
Violence should be the very last resort.

shop still full of them? And what if you're travelling overseas and want
to buy, say, a camera or a bottle of whisky from the duty-free? "Sorry,"

research in any other fields , like agriculture, medecine, archaeology,
you would know that the odds were always againsst the Discoverers. There is
common trait to all those who have achieved something remarkable, as I have
in Mining Exploration, it is that there is no room for doubt in their
minds. As for the time lag you are refering to, it is completely irrelevant
since indeed the thieving by the Mining Criminals is going on continuously
at the very time I am writing to you ! ... as it has no stopped since 30
years indeed ! Further, there is no Statute of Limitation to a ROYAL INQUIRY
