    IInet - value HALVED!

HAHAHA! Everyone said it when they took Ozemail over - that they were biting
off more than they could chew! Well, after their recent "mistakes" in
accounting, it appears more likely we were right and Malone was wrong. Well,
    that's no big one....Malone being wrong.......again.....

Makes me wonder how long until they nose dive into the dirt once and for
    all!

Anyone with a clue knew IINET bit off a lot more than they could handle the
moment they took on Ozemail. They didn't put more staff on and didn't handle
the merger of accounts properly either - oh and don't believe me, they said
    it themselves!

If you actually bothered to read why the share value has dropped, you
would have realised that it was due to their revenue projections being
off, not because they bought out an ISP.

Add into the mix the freeze on the ASX as a result of the above bungle,
this would give any shareholder reason to bug out.

1 - you ****ing idiot - if you bothered to read what I said - you ****ing
idiot - you wouldnt have said that. Nevertheless and even though I didnt
know this until a short while ago, you now have to eat those words because:

    2)
    http://australianit.news.com.au/arti...nbv%5e,00.html

    3) What *I* said all along and have been proven correct in was that they
took on too much, too fast. I was watching them eat up their competition for
a long time and it seemed a reasonable, if somewhat overdone, was to reach
the top but when they took on Albatrossmail....AKA Ozemail..... I knew
someone shit the bed. I said, over a year ago, that they would regret doing
    that. They did.

    4) It was no ****ing BUNGLE because of what YOU said. They ****ED UP somehow
and are now blaming it on accounting. Well, even if it truly WAS accounting,
what a bloody beauty it was and where was idiot MALONE when this bungle was
being made? Where were the accounting staff, the auditing staff etc?
Mistake? If you believe that, more fool you. Revenue projections? If you
    believe that, STUPID BASTARD!

    > Add into the mix the freeze on the ASX as a result of the above bungle,
    > this would give any shareholder reason to bug out.

Wake up! The company was doomed to failure because of the greed and
inadequacy of its leadership. While initially that leadership had its eye on
the ball, they saw the carrot dangle and gambled all in a volatile business.
They should have known better. History has shown them, long before they
committed themselves to this path, what a bloody soap bubble the entire
industry is. One prick and it bursts and they supplied the prick!

Everything you have said points to bad management, and accounting - not
    purchases and mergers.

What do you think happens here? You buy a HUGE but dead ISP and fund it and
STILL float? When they invent the Superman of Money, that may happen but so
far you have to be an oil sheik or Bill gates to do this and get away with
it. None of that happens home grown!
