Adding Group to OE Address Book

[Ext User(zixca)]

I have a long list of names and email addresses for a club membership. I
would like to import them into my OE Address Book but can't find a way to do
so. Is there a work around I might use?

Unfortunately Iceman the file was not one with the comma's so I had to enter
all one by one. Thanks anyway for your help.
