    after displaying message "Windows will now shut down". What causes this and

    Left-click My Computer | Manage | +Event Viewer | System
    Look for red circle(s) with white X in the middle of it (them)

    1.... And also for malwares from here:

    Run Disk Clean Up by Double clicking your My Computer and then right click
    your Partition C:\ and select properties from the list.
    On the Properties click on Disk Clean Up and check all check boxes and click

    To access the Event Viewer do the following:
    Open a run command and type in:
    eventvwr.msc click [OK]
    On the Event viewer Click on al this three one-by-one and look on the right
    Pane/window for any error messages(X):
    Application
    System
    Security
    To get more info about the causer double click the error Number to get more
