I'm sick of reading about people's irritable bowel syndrome, phobiae and assorted manifestations of neuroses best summarised as hypochondria. This thread looks like a good ghetto to quarantine them.

Gotta go. If I don't eat a Mozartkugel immediately, one of my cats will die of feline enteritis before dawn, to be sure! Oh, did I mention that I suffer from Munchausen Syndrome?

I suggest you strap it as well. When I hurt my medial ligament playing tennis, I made sure I strapped it very tightly, then wore my knee brace over the top. Gave it lots of support and peace of mind as well.

I guess that makes a change from the usual reason your arse is burning.

I had migraines for years. They started when I was 20 and I had them on and off for the next 17 years. It took me that long to work out what the problem was. At first they were so bad I couldn't get out of bed for days but over the years they got less painful and mostly just annoying. I saw many a doctor and had head CT's and nothing was found. Then one day it finally dawned on me that the headaches stopped on the few times I was having a hiatus from The Pill. I stopped taking it and have not had a headache since. I asked one of the doctors I worked with if that was a known side effect of the pill and he said that hormone induced headaches were very common with The Pill...yet not one doctor, not even a neurologist, worked that out.

So if you're on the pill, it's as simple as getting your dose adjusted. Another common cause of headaches and migraines is neck stiffness/pain. Maybe you need a good massage.
I have been on 3 different pills. First was logynon or however its spelt. That caused headaches and vomiting, so i told the doc (that was in early 2005)...after that one...i started taking norimin but after awhile that caused headaches...then after i stopped taking that one I started getting the headaches everyday. (i had to take the pill just to get my period). Then last year i started taking levlin and that one is perfect...but i got frustrated coz i didnt want to take the pill the rest of my life just so i can have my period every month.

Had to stay away from particular foods for awhile-but have never had any real problem since.
what might not affect one person can be the trigger for others-hang in there hopefully it will turn out to be nothing too drastic but I would still at least talk to some other doctors/practitioners to be on the safe side
I dont think ive changed any of my food intake but dont get the headaches as often now.

anyway im just trying to wake up before having to go out.
