If you see somebody resting, help him.
how do you know its the bios.
Well, i have done a clear Cmos without depluging the power supply cord as Dell tell to do before a clear Cmos. Since this time, there is nothing on the monitor, not even the Dell logo.

The power supply cord can not break the BIOS. The BIOS chip is made from non-volitile RAM and the chip itself is generally difficult to destroy.
Are the lights or fans turning on? is the inbuilt speaker plugged in (when a BIOS fails it emits error codes, which can sometimes not be heard if the motherboard speaker pins are not connected to an actual speaker).

Hi. I agree with you. But, the speaker is on the motherboard and no sound is emit from-it. And there is absolutly nothing on the monitor. Concerning the fans, they are running very fast and they do not slow-down after 3 seconds like they sould do.
PS There's no Hasd Disk plug. But that sould not make any difference is the result i descrived over here.

Got caught out by my boss sleeping under my desk at work, told him I was planking, I've now been promoted to head of social media
Thanks Jokiin
I called Dell and they told me that the Bios dont need a Hard disk presence for working. So it seem that when i cleared the Bios with the power cord on the power supply, something bad happen. Or maybe they old owner is responsable for blowed the motherboard. The Quad 6600 seem to work because his temperature rise un bit, but very slowly when a put the computer on and unpluged the CPU fan. It's a big heatsink and it took 3 or 4 minutes to feel something with my fingers.
