    Selling XP

    Hey

This is prob an age old question but,

I have just bought a new version of XP (MCE) and want to know if I can sell
    my old version, XP Home.

Can I sell as long as I sell with key etc

    Depends,
If the old version was bought retail by you, ie- Circuit City, or a mail
order place, etc; to be installed on ANY stand alone computer, then legally
you may sell it, if you remove it first from the current computer.
But, if the old XP version you have was pre-installed on the computer by
the computer maker as OEM (original equipment manufacturer) then it's tied
to that machine and legally can't be resold.

Unless you sell it with that machine...or what remains of that machine
after upgrades, like the hard drive.
