Yeah, that was my experience with them too. The ****ing things can
    really do your head in.

They're good. Not super strong like the industrial strength stuff, but
    they take the edge off.

Christ almighty... I know I took up to 1200mg once or twice but I
never experienced that sort of extreme. Glad you got off 'em.

I wouldnt say Panadols are harmless (nor Celebrex for that matter) but
obviously an improvement over Tramal. Don't know anything about
    Stilnox.

    So am I.

For a while I was downing them like Smarties, and it just turned my day
into a blur. I mean, I would do stuff, but I couldn't remember what I'd
done or how I'd done it by the end of the day.

    ****ing nasty shit.

It's a sleeping tablet that is a bit like Tramal in that you can build
up a tolerance to the things quite easily.

Apparently they're all the rage at rave parties these days where people
pop one at the start of the night, and then walk around like a zombie
for the rest of the evening as they try to stay awake in spite of the
    effects of the drug.

    It takes all kinds.

    Hmmm,
haven't heard that term for a long time.

I guess if you can't get off your face by yourself... get someone else
    to do it for you.

Not at any of the rave parties I've been to. And I've been to hundreds.
I did however have a client who took one and turned up to work in his
pjs with no idea at all how he got there.
