The call centre people can pass any request to their programming liaison section which will be logged. It all depends on if Foxtel or one of the channels holds the rights or can get the rights to that movie or series. I have been told that a lot of the purchasing is done in bundles so one can only hope it is currently bundled somewhere.

If you want a specific movie it's probably easier to go to a video store.

Don't directly ask Foxtel. Ask the channel who holds the rights to the
    movie

    Roadshow/WB/Disney(and subsidies) ask Movie Network
    Fox/Universal/Paramount/Columiba ask Showtime

as sunsinger said, you can ring up the call centre and let them know what you would like. they say they put across all suggestions or comments to the appropriate channels but dont take requests necessarily.

No chance!, foxtel dont give a shit about its subscribers, gp to blockbuster if you want to see something other than endless re-runs on foxtel
