What an amazing programme - did anyone get the name of the beautiful

The high point in a mainly dull repetative program. So yank soldiers
like heavy metal? what did they expect, Wagner? Ah that was Apoclypse

Eminem did, he as asked her and a number of the other performers
to come and record their music.

George Gittoes is to make a documentary of it; "Bringing it all
back home" and has started his own record label.

Personally she was the pick of the crop, real musical talent,
lots of genuine emotion, .. the Iraqi ballad singers were not
bad, but sand mostly covers that sounded like western folk
when the west has clearly moved on to ****-em-all heavy metal,
(music to careen around in tanks wasting people).

Scary soundtracks.

In vietnam they brough home heroin,
from TexIraq it seems we will get tankloads
of marauding psycho killers.

Glad they won't be coming home here.

I didn't watch this - so I don't know if it was said, but
most western music, especially Metal is considered *very*
offensive to most arabs
