    Glad you problem is sorted. I don't use any Norton products, so didn't know
    what NIS decides to block.

    help! whenever i try to download the anti-spyware stuff (free) windows sends
    me a message saying to PLEASE LOGIN WITH USER AND PASS. since i am the
    computer's administrator i have no idea what it means.
