I install a printer as administrator on my WinXP Prof. when other
users log into the computer they don't see the printer. How can I
install the printers once for every user. Or more generally how can I
(as an administrator) decide how things will look like for every other
user?, which files do I have to copy where?

    tnx

Not 100% sure, but think you need to install the printer as local admin. ie,
    not domain etc.

    Start>Control Panel>Printers
Rightclick your printer and click Sharing
Set it up for others to share and click Apply.
