Thanks Rod, I called them and the answer was NO!!! I've heard that such number swaps are possible in Vodafone or Telstra. Looks like Optus is well behind its main competitors in terms of customer service. Anyway after 5 years with Optus I will look around for a better deal and more significantly better customer service. |
