BTS Tower Database?

What's the URL to the database of GSM/3G sites, based on company?

The link was posted here a month or two ago, can't seem to find it - although I
did use it to hunt down a nearby hidden GSM cell ...

Interesting site, but I wonder where they are obtaining their
information from, as the data seems incomplete, Optus have a lot more
than 417 sites in QLD ;)

It's a crap site. It didn't find half the sites listed on the ACA
site. :P
