Motorola V620 question

Hi all. I have a V620 which tends to freeze a lot. When this happens none of
the keys work (except for the red hangup key) and I can't answer any calls
or read messages or go into any menus. The only thing I can do is switch it
off and back on which does not fix the problem. The only way I can get it
going again is if I take the battery out and back in. Has anyone had any
similar problems?
