Nokia 7250i ringtone install

Hi
Download a ringtone from telstra.
Which is now as a midi in the inbox.
How do I install it as a ringtone on the phone.

It sounds like it has been received as an MMS, if that's the case have
you tried to save the ring tone into the Tones folder?

If you can do that, you should then be able to set it as a ring tone.
