Latest cheap GSM call rate deal
A little lost touch on the latest plans for call charges. Last I
looked, iSIM was king with their 39 cents/min charge by the second, no flagfall. Is there anything more competitive people would suggest here? Not looking for anything fancy but just a good basic rate. I know it's a difficult ask but just trying to limit down to 2-3 options to compare with iSIM prior to signing up. Thanks! -- |

Use the code "REVT30" for your free $30 credit. I ported 10 numbers and got $300 credit :-) |

Wrong. Go to Woolies near closing time. Or tell them you bought a recharge
voucher previously, left it at home "Charlie Wong" <willwasteyou@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:qfsi31hm7qdpv3j4bv2l21h7d2856pksar@4ax.com... > On Thu, 17 Mar 2005 20:59:17 +1000, John Smith <test@test.com> wrote: > >>What you mean 10 x $2 vodafone red sims? :) > > No. They now make you buy credit at the time of purchase. |

How long did it take for you to get your $30 credit? Mine have only received $20... I'll be chasing them up. |

But I am looking for a comparison of the best actual call rate deal. Is Red SIM, AAPT or others any more competitive than iSIM these days? Prefer to stay away from these sign up profit making arrangements. ;) -- |

For example Revtel charges a 15c a day access fee so you would need to factor that in whats your mix of calls? mainly to pstn? other mobiles? if other mobiles, what net? peak or off peak? |

An alternative (only if you normally spend $40-50 a month though) would be a capped plan from Vodafone or Virgin. The effective rate drops to about 13c/minute (if you use all of the implied credit), plus flagfall. |

They corrected the problem within 10 mins of me sending an email and apologised for the error. Interesting that 2 ports from Dodo (AAPT Voda wholesale) have yet to be done due to Dodo cock-up. The iSIM ports happened smoothly. |
