Yamaha RX-V757

Does anyone know if the Rx-V757 is a good receive? I am thinking of
upgrading my current system which is a Yamaha RX-V793 which is about 7 years
old.

I am running Energy C5 speakers and matching centre speaker with Boston
Acoustics dipoles for rears.

Is the yamies video signal upconvert any good. Will it improve a composite
signal and make it more like either S-Video or Component?

Regards
Doug
