Unhappy onix AD-1500 dvd player region code????
Hey does anyone know where i can get the region code for a onix 1500?
i have just got a dvd sent to me from american and i cant watch it on my dvd player..please help!!!!!

There were two version of this player, one was remote hackable (rare in our market) and one that required an update disc to be used to set it region free. The distributor that used to bring these into Australia doesn't exist anymore so the solution may be to find someone that has a copy of the disc, more info on this player is available here http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.ph...d+1500&hits=50

hey.. i have looked at the site, but it isnt for an ONIX dvd player....
i dont know of anyone who has a dvd with the region code thingy.

The Onix player you have is the same player as in the link I provided.
