With the Panasonic what would be the best size screen at a viewing distance
of 4.2 mtrs or 13' 8" in a dark room

Generic Rule of Thumb
I was told the distance from the screen should be 3.1 times the height for HD Wisescreen and 3 times the Diagonal for 4:3 images. I'd say a 140" would kill it, but thats just going by the general rule.
