Porting to Virgin

I asked the monkeys at Virgin by email via their website *twice* whether I
could port to Virgin.

No response.

Are the monkeys brain-dead at Virgin or don't they give a shit about
porting?

Re: Porting to Virgin

Just like many emails to business these days, many just don't seem to give a
fuck, I usually ring or go in these days......seems the only way one can
get some sort of an answer, SOMETIMES!

Or like most bigger operations, you get
a lot quicker response if you ring them up.

I emailled Pinnacle, got an auto responder after SIX
months, which didnt even address the question at all.

Why would you want to port to Virgin? Especially when they don't reply
to your emails.

They can be pretty decent value in some situations,
particularly if you make few calls, mostly receive them,
and exploit their signup bonus system for signing up others.

Its one way of getting an essentially free mobile service.

You limit your choices pretty severely if you
exclude those who dont reply to emails quickly.
