Does Video Ezy still have the DVD Unlimited $30/month deal?

Does this include games?

And are there any other similar deals around?

Thanks!

I prefer the blockbuster deal, they don't classify there titles into 'premium' new releases and new releases, so if you want a couple of brand new titles (ie. in the first couple of weeks of release) you can rather than being only allowed to get one at a time.

It's $29.95, 2 overnight or weekly movies or games (any games - Xbox, PS2, GC, DS, PSP).

You pay $29.95 per month for a membership, and the membership allows you to have two rentals at any time. I believe you are still bound by the returns policy (ie have to return overnights the next day) but you can usually phone up and "renew" the rental if you wish.

The membership allows you to have two rentals at any time at no extra cost to you - in other words, the cost of the membership entitles you to have two things borrowed at any time. So the Video store becomes more of a library to you than a rental outlet.

Nope, no rental restrictions. If you hire a film or game you want to keep a little longer, there is no late fees incured. You could keep the two rentals all month if you wanted.
One rule is the limit of two at any one time.

Yes, but it's only 2 at a time for Blockbuster.

I'll see if I can find the video ezy brochure I picked up a couple of months ago.

I remember thinking about it, but deciding on the blockbuster deal instead due to the video ezy deal being pretty restricting on limits and policies (plus between the two stores in my neigborhood, the blockbuster was twice as big).

Indeed - and how often do you really need to have more than two things out anyway?

looks like Video EXY and Blockbuster have pulled the pin on the program for the time being! Presuming that they want to capotalise on the holiday period!
