Need a PS2 v9 Mod installer around NYC/Long Island area

I have a Ps2 v9, I want to play dvdripped & burned dvdr games, if anyone knows of someone that doesn't charge alot of money and is around the NYC/Long Island area please email me at pamelany@optonline.net thanks!
