Chameleon HELP!!!

im hoping to get a reply from that dude with the cool GIF cause he sounds like he knows what hes talking about. so here goes.....i know my latest BIOS that i flashed is compatible with my chameleon mod chip. it always boots up fine with its crappy little linux cromwell 1.8. none of the bios' that i flash onto it will work. the xbox just boots up like the mod chip isnt even installed. im running out of ideas here. what could i be doing wrong?
