Rugby League Game On Ps2

COULD ANYBODY DOWN THERE GIVE ME ANY INFO ON THE RELEASE OF A RUGBY LEAGUE GAME FOR THE PS2.
CANNOT FIND IT IN ENGLAND AS YET.IF ITS AVAILABLE IN OZ WOULD IT PLAY IN A UK PS2.I THINK YOUR TV SYSTEM IS PAL THE SAME AS OUR BUT I DONT KNOW IF THER IS ANY OTHER DIFFERANCES.
IF YOU VE PLAYED IT , IS IT ANY GOOD.
I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

Nah I don't think it is out yet.. But bloody hell am I waiting to get my hands on it...

UK PS2 and AU PS2 are the same for gaming, so you can import..

according to the official site www.trublu.com.au this title isn't far away.

Getting a solid 8 in OPS2 aswell, definitely has me going for a blind purchase....

Official date for New Zealand is thursday 11th. In Aus it should be either 11th or 12th. It's on PS2, xbox and pc

Yeah I hear it is Stacy Jone's Rugby League in NZ, which is stupid considering the NRL plays there aswell..

Should have the NRL logo on it though, not some doggies player

The ad is for PS2, but it should be out on xbox and pc this friday too

I haven't seen the ad, but yeah all formats will be out on the same day.

I'm getting it tomorrow. It was released at a lot of places today, but I didn't know about it!
I just hope there's copies left tomorrow. (this game is huge in sydney, an EB store broke their worldwide record for number of preorders)
People who've got the game say it's great. Obviously not as in-depth as games like madden 2004 or fifa 2004, but just as fun!! (if not more)

I won't be getting mine until Xmas. So to ensure I can play it ASAP the PS2 will be coming to Sydney with me.

Natman when you do play it, can you find out for us if the Sharks are using the new 2004 jersey and have their new emblem.

Good luck getting one tomorrow. A few of the online stores sold out their pre-orders a week or so ago.

Hi Guys,

After 2 days of running all ,over Sydney trying to find NRL I finally found it and they guy has about 10 copies. Unfortunately the bastard is charging$120.00 for it cause he is the only one left with copies. If anyone wants one let me know and Ill pick one up.

I don't blame him for charging extra. I would to if I was him.

I think my copy is under the Xmas tree, as a 2nd package arrived from the online store at about the right time it was released

I got it Friday. It's good. Looked everywhere in Blacktown and Parramatta, sold out everywhere. But my sister who works at grace bros saved me a copy, so that was lucky. I haven't played against the sharks yet, but I think everything is based on the 2003 season. But I'll check later.

Wow, sounds like a big frigin seller.

Down here at the local stores I didn't see it for sale, but didn't ask to find out whether it was sold out, or just not high on priorities for this ping pong market

Glad to here that it is good though.... Cannot wait to get my hands on it

This title is lucky it has some gameplay mechanics going for it, because it's the UGLIEST LOOKING FOOTBALL GAME EVER.

Seriously, there just is no excuse for how bad this game looks, and considering it's an EA branded game, and given that their sport titles for the most part look great, this is definitely at the bottom of the barrel. The budget on this thing must of been like 10 bucks.

It's Sidhe, smaller and less money than EA. Cronulla and all teams use 2003 jerseys. Great game I think, I like it. Some bugs but nothing too bad.
