ATI Radion Video card and 83.3 Mhz PCIbus

I pushed my PCI bus to 75Mhz with my new ATI Radion board. It works great with no problem.

If I go to 83.3 Mhz on the PCI bus, I can boot but when a graphical image is attempted to be displayed (Windows Splash Screen) I get immediate system failure.

Is there a way to tweek this video card to handle the 83.3 Mhz PCI bus speed? Is there something on the mobo that needs to be done to make the correction?
