Before I try EBAy .. Atari 2600 antiques 4 Sale

Chances of anyone here wanting this stuff is very very slim. I know Watcher has an Atari. That's about it. Any hoot thought I'd give it a go...

For Sale: Original Atari 2600 Game Carts

Titles Include...

Asteroids (still the best version ever released)
Combat
Space Invaders (they just keep invading don't they)
Night Driver
Break-Out
Bowling
Super Cobra (the helicopter in the cave game...)
Dragons Fire
3D Chess (yes it does suck. What was my brother thinking?)

-Some in original boxes. All in great shape.

I've actually never used ebay before. Would stuff like this sell easily there? Mmmmmmmm.

Looking at the list of games, it's amusing to think my parents and older brother spent about $130 on each cart. Ha!!

Mmmm. I just looked on ebay. I don't know how much these things normally go for but they start the bidding pretty low. Doubt its worth trying to sell. I'd rather keep them for the memories. Biggest bummer is no Atari console anymore (broken). Perhaps I'm the one who should be buying an Atari system on ebay??

Yeah, I also had a look at Atari stuff on Ebay and they don't go for much, do they.
I think you should get a cheap replacement console and re-live your Atari memories.
I can't wait to get hold of my old system now.

What games have you got? I wish we had bought Dig-Dug and Pacman. I was a little young back then so I didn't get much say in the games that were chosen. Still, apart from 3D Chess my brother showed some good taste. Super Cobra is great. Ditto Asteroids and Dragonfire.

Damn! It's hard to remember.
The system is at my folks place and I haven't played it in many years. Last time I saw it, we packed it all up in a box.
Ummm.....
Space Invaders.
Missile Command.
PacMan.
Circus.
Asteroids.
Frogger.
Pitfall.
I can't remember them all at the moment. There would be 20-30 games in boxes, with manuals.

I know they also have the keyboard that you could buy for it.
All I think we ever did with that was play basic tunes on it.

two of my fav's were river raid and Calafornia games.

I wish I still had mine. I remeber all my friends started to get rid of theirs at the time and I ended up getting mum and dad to buy the games off them. had about 80 odd games there for a while.

I've got an Atari, and to show my age, it's the original VCS (before they renamed to 2600!).
Still got all my games too
A brief list from memory - PacMan, Combat, Space Invaders, ET-The Extra Terrestrial, Kung Fu Master, Decathlon, Space Shutttle, Star Raiders (with the extra keypad control!), Tennis, Defender....
