Try this one, it's for the Awa V520 but might work.

Ensure the DVD Player tray is empty and closed

On the Remote control:

Press Setup

On the players Front Panel:

Press Next

Press Stop

Press Pause / Step

Press Prev

Press Next

You should now see a new Menu. Go to Select Region and make your choice.

Have a look here: http://www.nerd-out.com/forum/viewto...6106cfad6799a0
It's got over 100 region code thingies.

Is this what you were after?

I also have the AWA DVD W2051K. I can't get the code in this thread to work.

Could "freewilly" please reply. Let me know how you got your player to go all region.

Thanks a lot.

LOL you want region-free and bought Bluray!

You should just create your own thread instead of replying to a 2004 thread, putting "Sony BDPS300" in the title! Good luck with it anyway. Since I don't have any better advice at this point, my advice is to phone the store you bought it from and ask them.
